Arconix Discord Bot T.O.S

By using our application, you hereby agree to all of the terms of service followed in this document. Failure to comply with these terms may result in a Discord dashboard or blacklist of your user or IP range. We take our security very seriously and abusing data-saving methods or using this bot for malicious intentions or violating payment agreements may result in further punishable action. Unless with proficient evidence that there has been an impersonation, any actions made on your account will be held accountable by the account owner. This document and its contents may change at any point in time. The user is liable for keeping up with these changes. Offenses made before a given article has been added will not be enforced.

Section One: Data Abuse

• Abusing database connections by mass-adding the bot to different guilds and exercising each and every database value is considered data abuse.
• Punishment of spamming users for the sake of abusing the database is considered data abuse.
• Using database backdoors to crash the data-saving system is considered data abuse.
• Spamming user accounts on our Discord dashboard panel is not allowed and is considered data abuse.

Section Two: Privacy Violations

• Using the database or other data-saving methods to store the personal information of users or yourself is considered a privacy violation.
• Using Discord bot logs or any sort of logging feature on this bot cannot be used in a legal or allegation circumstance stance against another user or organization.
• All Discord and website terms of service and privacy policies must be fulfilled in order to accept T.O.S. on our part.
• Using any sort of brute force method to exploit the source code of our project or to gain administrative access without the proper rights will result in major infringement laws being broken.

Section Three: Premium Plans And Chargebacks

• Once a premium cycle or plan has been chosen or paid for, the cycle will last for the amount of time paid and chargebacks or refunds cannot be made unless payment for an unstarted cycle has been made.
• Chargebacks under any circumstance are not allowed. Refunds will be given for any circumstance where refunds are necessary, however, charging back will result in a bank dispute and therefore a punishment from our services.
• If auto-renewal plans are in place, if one has paid for the given month or year, the payments for that given cycle cannot be canceled.
• If a payment plan is added during a free trial plan and automatically bills you, you cannot refund or charge back this payment unless the paid cycle is over.
• Any donations made through the Discord bot donation link are by the user's chosen courtesy and may not be charged back.

Section Four: GDPR And Data Privacy

Data Privacy regulations, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) have been instituted to protect users of any holder of data on the internet. These regulations also state that, if requested, companies such as Arconix Development are to drop any and all information regarding the requester as soon as possible, allowing them to leave the service as if they were never there.

If you wish to exercise your data privacy rights, no matter where you live, Arconix Development gives you the option to automatically remove yourself by leaving the guild where our applications are hosted. Leaving the guild will remove you from the database within 30 days of leaving that guild as if you were never there. Guild owners may also remove the bot from their guild, and any and all data regarding the guild or its users will be deleted within 30 days of removal. If you wish to manually exercise your rights, send an email to [email protected] or reach out to an administrator on our Discord support guild for a manual data deletion.

While automatic removal may be done as often as you'd like, you may not abuse data privacy rights by repeatedly or excessively requesting manual removal from our databases. If this is observed by our system administrators, you will be permanently blacklisted from ever using our services again, and you will no longer be able to have any data stored for you. As a guild owner, you may no longer use our bot on any of your servers. If you currently have an ongoing premium plan, this will not get canceled until the billing cycle is over.

If you choose to exercise your data privacy rights, you agree that you may not request reinstatement of your data. Any and all coins, resources, and or data loss in your removal from our databases will be permanently lost to give you full anonymity from our platform.
