To ensure customer satisfaction, we've listed a frequently asked questions page here to provide the client with a list of common issues or inquiries that have been brought up several times between our previous customers. We have this form so that you don't have to take your precious time to reach out! Please refer to this form first before contacting a support agent.
What's the wait time for receiving my items?
Our store offers a variety of products and sometimes receiving these in game items with buffer time may be concerning. Commonly, you'll receive your purchase within the first three hours of your initial payment. These changes would be reflected on our live server platform. Being online at the time of receiving these purchases are not necessary, however, relogging when making a purchase may help in reflecting your purchase quicker.
Checking your bank and credit card statements would also be beneficial if it's taking an unusual amount of time to receive your product. This is most likely caused by a trigger at a credit card agency for a fraudulent purchase. You may need to confirm with your bank if this is the case. You will only receive your product if the purchase has been completely cleared; this means that any pending payments (in this case, commonly 7 business days) may cause a longer wait time for your product.

Can I use my country's or own currency of choice to make a purchase?
Most certainly! We accept almost any global currencies. While making purchases on our website, there should be an option at the top left hand corner (next to the shopping cart button) that can be used to change your currency value. If you don't see your currency in this case, there still is an option to change your currency. Most payment gateway options such as PaymentWall and PayPal offer conversions when confirming payments through their website window. Most of the time, this process will be automatic.
As a parent, my child has used my account to purchase from your store. What can I do?
Believe it or not, this is an expected thing to happen. Especially with our organization's demographic, we believe that in these kinds of situations, being understanding and coming to an agreement is the best case scenario. The best way to contact us is to use Discord with this link (https://discord.arcoviagames.com) and create a support ticket to further communicate the problem at hand. Our label is extremely understanding and fair with these circumstances and can resolve these issues in a timely manner. Do note that it may take up to 48 hours for us to reply, heavily relying on the availability and volume of demand for our support service. No matter this case, we will get to your outreach in a reasonable amount of time.
