Aura Builds TOS

Aura Builds build team is under strict terms of service. A breach in any of these terms may lead to a fine, negative reputation, or a ban from any future commissions made from our team and/or partners. It is up to you, the client to thus read the terms of service. If you seek guidance or questions about our terms of service, please contact the appropriate authority figure in the line.

Article One:

One must follow all of the necessary Discord terms of service to the strictest intent. We do not condone the usage of malicious threats, drama, harassment, underage [below the age of 13], and leaking of private information.

Article Two:

All work will be done after an initial payment or an agreed amount by the seller and the client. This is to protect seller rights in terms of possible scamming.

Article Three:

All payments must be made through PayPal's goods and services and in the appropriate currency. It is expected that the client pays for any additional tax and cut fees. Any loopholes found in paying less than the agreed amount will lead to an immediate canceling of the project and refund depending on the amount of work done at that current point in time.

Article Four:

Open negotiations are all available up to and during the payment process. Any major changes or additions to currently made products may lead to an additional client fee. Smaller fixes and changes would be considered on the seller's end. Negotiation under the original product itself after the agreed payment and processing is prohibited.

Article Five:

Satisfactory is of super importance and unsatisfactory measures may lead to a certain cut percentage of a refund. Additional appendages would require additional fees as said above.

Article Six:

Charging back on any and all circumstances is prohibited. It is up to the seller and the seller alone to refund your payment. Any successful chargebacks will lead to strict bans from our services and partners as well as a possible bad reputation mark on any of the supplement services. Charging back is considered highly frowned upon and consistent further measures will be taken to protect seller rights. Charging back on service is considered scamming.

Article Seven:

Cancellation under the client's or freelancer's end is always a possibility. If the seller decides to cancel a project given the circumstance, unless a breach of TOS, a full refund may be properly given for the inconvenience. If the buyer ever decides to cancel, the freelancer will still be compensated with the appropriate amount of completed work and the rest of the payment will be refunded.

Article Eight:

Once a commission is finished and the client approves of the quality of this commission, after 24 hours of the approval the commission will be closed and further changes, payment dealings, or additions will be closed off. Separate orders can be made further along to make additional changes to prior products.

Article Nine:

Any leaking, redistribution, or copyright infringement among claiming our completed commission as your own no matter the appendages upon our product is strictly prohibited. Caught redistribution or leaking will lead to a possible fine amongst other punishments.

By using our services, you agree to the terms of service and Discord terms of service and presumed knowledge of our withholdings. We have the right to use any products that may be completed amongst the violation of our terms of service in whatever way we choose. Completed commissions are disclosed to the buyer and only the buyer.
