Base Studios & PlutoNode's Partnership Agreement

Base Studios Obligations

Under the initializer of the agreement, Base Studios has agreed to provide the following goods and services for the agreeing party:

• 50% off for all graphic design packages and 25% off for all Discord bot packages for the usage of only PlutoNode-related assets.
• Client referrals to PlutoNode's services for each client which has any sort of necessity of hosting.
• A discount code "PLUTO10" for 10% off for all clients in PlutoNode who wish to use PlutoNode's services.
• A channel in the Discord server dedicated to advertise PlutoNode LTD.
• Any marketing/posting related content [MCM, forums, other Discord's/partnerships, etc] would have a section dedicated to list PlutoNode as a partner with the given discount code.

PlutoNode LTD Obligations

Under the agreeing party of the agreement, PlutoNode LTD has agreed to provide the following goods and services for the initializing party:

• 50% off all web-hosting packages for Base Studio's assets (website and emails).
• Client referrals to Base Studio's services for each client which has any sort of involvement within the industry of Base Studio's offered packages.
• A discount code "BASE10" for 10% off for all clients in Base Studio's who wish to use PlutoNode's services.
• A channel in the Discord server dedicated to advertise BaseStudios.
• Any marketing/posting related content [MCM, forums, other Discord's/partnerships, etc] would have a section dedicated to list BaseStudio's as a partner with the given discount code.
