Bristle Server Progression Plan
Client: Bristle

Writing
Bristle is a planned network release with moderate and minigame gamemodes. The first gamemode in which that would be worked on is Towny. However, since we've decided to do Towny, we wanted to combine this gamemode and idea with a more classical survival to provide an experience that would fit with a larger demographic.
Server Progression:
With the server progression into play, we have several goals for advancing our server and platform.
Firstly, we're going to be starting with a Towny server. Once this populates and grows with weekly updates upon release, we'll be developing other gamemodes such as unique minigames and other long-term gameplay modes.
Developmental Process:
We're going to be splitting the team down into sections. So, we've mentioned this before but between the ownership team, we'll each be taking over a "department".
Although I don't have the specifics for each team, I do believe that each team leader would hold some sort of meeting with that specific team later on.
Teams could include web development, plugin development, modeling, graphics, building, and more.
For development processes when it requires some sort of code, we'll implement an agile workflow process to make sure that almost any and all bugs are found when developing.
We'll be pushing out the first assignments shortly after this meeting.
Teams Breakdown:
Each team would be interacting with one another via the team leader. Team leaders would sort through tasks and integrate connections between development and marketing for example.
Each team would have tasks assigned by the team leader and it's assumed that these tasks would get accomplished within a certain time frame. Since this is unpaid work, strict deadlines aren't going to be too apparent, but taking a year to develop a simple SetSpawn plugin is just unacceptable for example.
Ideas And Inquiries:
If there are any last minute inquiries, comments, ideas, or questions, this would be the time to ask or say them.
