Hymania is an organization owned by Frogloo (Aaron Cooper). Hymania's goal is to bring forth the best quality Minecraft servers available to the market. With enriched marketing, source, and security, this contract is hereby legal until removal of one's position from the Hymania Development Team. By signing this contract, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions. Legality moves will be made against you if any of these violations have been recorded and brought to the jury. Lawsuits and further allegations may be made to further the interest of the development party. Lying in any part of this contract including identity misleads or improper dates and or age will lead to severe legality issues.

Article One: Confidentiality Act

By signing this contract, the user agrees to the confidentiality act. Under no circumstance are company details, secrets, or files allowed to leave company grounds or be shared with any private or public authority without the direct permission from the management team written Aaron Cooper, Alex Carle, and Brennan.

Article Two: Copyright Act

By signing this contract, the user agrees to the copyright act. Under no circumstance is the user to use or resell company assets under a different brand name without management authorities from Aaron Cooper, Alex Carle, and Brennan. Under no circumstance is such a user allowed to take company assets and strategies and call them their own.

Article Three: Forceable Punishment Act

By signing this contract, the user agrees to the forceable punishment act. Under any circumstance can the company remove you from their team. Removal from the team does not invalidate this contract. Policies still stand no matter what parting unless another NDA is created and signed for such a purpose and both parties are legally accepting of the broken terms and conditions for the undoing of this document's purpose. If the opposite party is unreachable, contacting a local lawyer is the best solution for this demise.

I ________, acknowledge that any broken terms will result in powerful legality issues taken against me. I ________, am over 16 years old and have the proper certifications to sign this document. If I am not 16 years or older, my legal parent or guardian ________ approves the signing of this legal document and takes full legal responsibility for my actions. I ________, hereby sign this document on the ________, acknowledging that as soon as the slot blow is signed, this document contract will be bound in place.

After signing this document, all legalities are now in place. The removal of this contract can only be informed through a mutual agreement between the provider and the user. The provider is allowed to restrict access to such files however legalities will still be in place until certain terms are fulfilled.
