Mythical Factions offers an online store via Tebex BuyCraft. Any purchases made in our store are liable to the client. Any purchases made must follow these terms of service. Do note that these terms of service may change at any point in time, and the client would take full responsibility to be aware of these said changes. The date of purchase and agreement will dictate the version of terms of service that would be used and applied to your product. You, as the client, are responsible for all of the following terms. We have the right to deny service to any personnel as we choose.

Article One:

All of our community guidelines must be followed appropriately. We will not be responsible for any loss of product if our community guidelines are broken.

Article Two:

We are not responsible for the loss of product if in-game punishments are being executed. Refunding after serving a punishment on our platform is not allowed to any capacity.

Article Three:

Under no circumstance are any form of chargebacks allowed on our platform. This may range for any reason at all, but handling refunds through our support system is the best way to properly deal with getting your money back. Chargebacks are a major violation of our platform and may result in a blacklist.

Article Four:

Almost in most cases, refunds in any capacity such as ranks, keys, and more, are not allowed on our platform. This is due to the fact that this system could be abused to gain an unfair advantage margin in game. Usage of refunds can be properly handled at the Mythical Factions support system.

Article Five:

All payments must be made through our online BuyCraft store. We are not liable for any purchases or deals made elsewhere. Appropriate cut taxation fees and appropriate currency conversions may be handled by your card provider, however, any and all of these articles must be liable on the client's side.

Article Six:

Although mostly covered, any found loopholes through our terms of service to exploit resources provided by our online store is punishable. We take serious offence if any of the loopholes were found and exploited, and one would be punished accordingly.

Article Seven:

Often, users would attempt to use our payment system as a way to charge back on other users to get them punished. Realizing this, we've installed a severe punishment system in the case that this happens. We will still open support for any and all purchase-related inquiries or appeals.
