Welcome to Polaris Studios, a leading Minecraft service team committed to delivering exceptional service and support. These Terms of Service outline the terms and conditions that govern your use of our services. By engaging with our service team, you agree to abide by the following terms:

Service Engagement:

• By sending the initial payments, you agree to engage with Polaris Studios for legitimate purposes related to our offered services which can be found in corresponding Discord channels.
• All services our team provides, including licensing, will be under the specifications and details outlined in the agreement established between Polaris Studios and the client through ticket channels as communications.

Confidentiality And Privacy:

• We respect the confidentiality of your information and projects. Any information shared with Polaris Studios through private channels will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, and we will not disclose it to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
• You agree to the terms outlined in our privacy policy by engaging with our service team.

Professionalism And Conduct:

• Polaris Studios is committed to providing professional and courteous service. We expect the same level of professionalism and respect from our clients and community members.
• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior towards Polaris Studios team members will not be tolerated. In some instances, this may result in a complete refusal to work with you.

Service Fees And Payments:

• Service fees and payment terms will be outlined in an agreement made by a commission manager through a ticket channel. It is the client's responsibility to adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule and the team's responsibility to fulfill the required task of completion.
• Late second-half payments may result in a suspension of services until outstanding payments are settled.

Service Limitations:

• Polaris Studios will make every effort to provide timely and effective support. However, we cannot guarantee the resolution of all issues, and certain limitations may apply.
• This would only come to fruition if the client consistently changes the terms of the project after the agreed-upon plans.
• If there was any other reason for the failure of completion on our end, a portion of compensation for the uncompleted work or the full amount will be provided.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if it is determined that the request is outside the scope of our capabilities or if it violates any applicable laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property:

• Any intellectual property, including but not limited to software, documentation, or proprietary methodologies, provided as part of our services, remains the exclusive property of Polaris Studios.
• If there was an exclusive order created under Polaris Studios, the rights remain completely in the hands of the client after the full amount has been paid.
• Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or disclose any proprietary information without the express written consent of Polaris Studios.

Termination of Services:

• Either party may terminate services with written notice in accordance with the terms specified in the service agreement, terms of service, and service limitations.
• Termination of services does not relieve the client of the obligation to pay for services provided up to the termination date.

These terms of service may be updated at our discretion. Current clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
