Rules
We take our guidelines and community very seriously when it comes to the type of community that we're building. We're trying to have the most professional and clean environment for clients with easily navigable resources. We don't have many rules, and those that we do have are fairly basic and universal. Please, do be respectful of these said rules. Any rule broken could result in the appropriate punishments.
Using common sense:
Read inbetween the lines. These rules will be general descriptions of what to do and not do. It's pretty obvious where these rules lead and the borders between them. Don't be a smart ass and try to find loopholes. Thus how you'll be using common sense with interacting in the community and proceeding with commissions and communications.
Limiting toxicity:
We do not condone unrespectful behavior and actions here at our community. Be emphatic, understanding, and most of all, don't behave in a toxic manner. This could include being passive aggressive in some cases. If you do have any problems with any community or staff member, please notify the appropriate higher tier staff members / HR to deal with the issue. Toxicity includes swearing. Swearing to a mild degree is fine; swearing and using it for toxic purposes is a whole new level of unrespectful and will not be tolerated.
Chat abuse:
Chat abuse encompasses a whole load of different subjects including abusing spoilers, spamming, pinging when unnecessary, purposely using the text and voice channels incorrectly when properly labeled (on a repeated offense) and using inappropriate emojis. Using any of these mechanisms are considered a violation of this rule.
Sharing or leaking of personal information:
We take privacy concerns seriously. Even if it's your own information and especially if it's others information; even with consent, we do not want personal information leaks. This could lead to unprofessionalism, targets in reports, and unwanted drama and arguments. No matter the circumstance, leaking or sharing personal information and especially in public chats is restricted. Leaking personal information includes photos, videos, social media or contacts, and personal details.
Sensitive topics:
We encourage talking and interacting with our community; however, things may get out of hand at times. It happens to everyone. Keeping this rule in mind is super important to be respectful of others. Do not talk about sensitive topics. Refer to rule one if you're not familiar about what those sensitive topics are in detail. Sensitive topics may include religion, politics, sexuality, mental health, sucicide, sexisim, descrimination, and racism. Each topic ranges in degree of sensitivity so punishments will be passed out where necessary.
Following T.O.S:
As of right now, we're mainly focusing on a platform on Discord, however, this may grow within time. We care a lot about following the designated platform's policies as well as our own. For the Discord T.O.S, you can find the rules here. Click for the Discord TOS. Any T.O.S. can be found fairly easily on the chosen platform that you are using. We are extending these rules on these platforms to our own community guidelines. As said, we also have our own T.O.S records whenever doing business or within the commissioning process. Please do follow these records. They will be listed below.
Terms Of Service
We have a terms of service in place to prevent chargeback policies on successful orders, abuse of malicious reputation, and upholding a fair policy for all clients to follow and proceed with. By creating a ticket in our official Discord, you thereby agree to all of the terms of service listed here. All services offered are digitally advised products. Legal actions may be taken to pursue the protection of our T.O.S and freelancer-client rights. These terms of service may change at any point in time. The date of the commission process agreed quota is the date that dictates the version of the terms of service used. It is assumed that all T.O.S is read prior to creating a commission.
- All payments or commissions require an upfront payment of at least 50% of the agreed upon price for the said product. The after payment can be sent once the product is completed and sent over (watermarked) with the customer's final say of approval.
- Cancelled orders after the 50% initial payment are allowed, however, no refund will be given if a sizable amount of work has been completed by the freelancer. The second 50% payment is not expected to be paid in this circumstance.
- During the commission process, if major changes or additions are requested, additional fees may be required. This pricing is on a commission to commission circumstance, commonly given out by the freelancer.
- Major changes, additions, and fixes may inquire about additional fees once the commission is completed. Smaller tweaks may be given out by the freelancer's choice of heart, but it is not required and may lead to additional fees. If bugs or mistakes were found within a product, this rule may not apply.
- Clients are liable in terms of additional payment fees. This may include PayPal or taxation fees. They are expected to pay the additional percentage on top of the agreed quota amount from the freelancer.
- Clients are not allowed to at all claim the project as their own or resell products made by the team. Further payments or agreed upon communication could suggest otherwise, however, without this discussion assumed resell rights are not enabled.
- Chargebacks in any kind are not allowed and against our terms of service. No matter the circumstance, refunds will be given out where necessary. Chargebacks increase miscommunications and go against the protection of our services.
- All rules and regulations are based on U.S seller rights. Any regional terms of service from the U.S policy in terms of online sales and taxation rules are automatically applied for each and every deal and sale. Outside-country policies are overridden by U.S. policy.
